Prices listed are base prices and may vary depending on fabric type, complexity of the design, and additional customizations.
A 20% deposit is required upon order confirmation to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
Standard turnaround is verified from 2- 3 weeks depending on the order size and complexity.
Clients may provide their own fabric, but it must be approved for suitability. Alternatively, fabric can be sourced for an additional cost.
Orders cancelled after work has started will forfeit the deposit. Any additional work completed must be paid for.
Final payment is due upon collection of the item(s). Payment methods include cash, bank transfer only.
Delivery is available at an additional charge. Shipping costs will depend on the destination and weight of the package.
Due to the custom nature of sewing work, refunds and exchanges are not offered. Adjustments for fit will be made where possible.
